Our research staff and associates provide decades of focused expertise in every patent subject area. Detailed reports include a summary of the aspects of a search, a listing of the cited art, guidance into the most pertinent references, a search field, and suggestions for further study when appropriate. Search reports are emailed with the cited art attached.
Most patentability searches are completed in about three weeks. Validity and Infringement studies are generally completed in three to four weeks.
Fees are $100 per hour with a $400 per search minimum. A one-third discount is applied to the first search request per attorney.
